Mimosa Flower Essence

Flower Essences are made by infusing flower tops in spring water for 4-6 hours underneath direct sunlight (or moonlight depending on the flower.) They do not contain any physical properties of the plant and, therefore, do not work on a physical level. They work on the soul. When you ingest them, you are ingesting the life-force of the plant. Flower Essences are used to address issues of emotional well-being, soul development, and mind-body health. They subtly rewire the deepest parts of yourself, creating space for soul purpose, growth & expansion.

Ingredients: Essence of Mimosa (Albizia julibrissin), Spring Water, Brandy (for preservation)

Directions & Dosage:

Activate the Essence by shaking the bottle while aligning it with your intention. Shake it anywhere between 11-21 times, or however many times you feel called to. Take 4-8 drops 4x daily, or whatever number feels right to you. For me, it's always 7 or 8 drops, and sometimes it's just 1! Tune in to your heart and intuition. The Essence can be used straight on the tongue, in your water or tea, bath, food, or externally such as your Third Eye or Heart Chakra. It's common to not notice anything right away, but if taken consistently for a month plus, you will start to notice subtle shifts in your inner world. Keeping a journal while taking this Essence is highly encouraged!
